E-signatures for employers in F&B, retail and logistics

Your documents are stored in Singapore.

Restaurants, shops and warehouses hire often, and new staff rarely sit at a desk. Paper offer letters get lost between outlets and shifts. SignAndGo lets your HR or operations team send hiring and onboarding documents to a new hire's phone, track who has signed, and keep a complete record of every signed copy.

Documents employers send through SignAndGo

  • Letters of offer for full-time, part-time and casual roles.
  • Employment contracts, including the contract you renew for contract staff.
  • Key employment terms (KETs), issued alongside the contract.
  • Onboarding forms: personal particulars, emergency contacts, bank details for salary, and uniform or equipment issue forms.
  • Staff handbook and policy acknowledgements, such as food safety, workplace safety and health, code of conduct and IT use.
  • Shift and roster acknowledgements and changes of work location between outlets.
  • Confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements for supervisors and managers.
  • Resignation acknowledgements and exit checklists, including the return of uniforms, keys and equipment.

Which documents can be signed electronically, and what your employment documents must contain, are questions for your own adviser. SignAndGo does not give legal advice.

How it fits a busy operation

Signed on a phone, at the outlet or at home. New hires open the link in their email and sign in the browser. They do not need an app or an account.

One onboarding pack, sent in one go. Send the offer letter, the KETs and the onboarding forms together to the new hire, with your own HR manager signing last. Choose a signing order or let everyone sign at once.

Acknowledgements without a signature. Use send-to-view when staff only need to confirm they have read a policy or a revised handbook. You can see who has opened and acknowledged it.

Templates for every role. Save your standard offer letter for a service crew, retail assistant or warehouse role as a template, with the fields in place. Fill in the details and send.

Reminders, so nobody starts work unsigned. See who has not signed and send a reminder.

Team members with roles. Give outlet managers access to send documents while HR keeps control of the templates. Add your company name and logo to every document and email.

A full record. Every document has an audit trail and an audit certificate on the signed PDF, and each signed document has its own public verification page.

Where your documents are stored

Your documents, records and files are stored in Singapore. Some services run elsewhere: your account details are held in Sydney, Australia; your sign-in details (name, email address and sign-in method) are held by Google in the United States; and payments are handled by Stripe in the United States. Our privacy policy lists the rest. See the data storage page.

What SignAndGo does not do in Singapore yet

Signing invitations go out by email. Text-message signing invitations are not available in Singapore yet, so make sure each new hire gives you an email address they check. SignAndGo does not offer Sign with Singpass signing today, and the developer API, which some employers use to connect HR systems, is not available for Singapore workspaces yet.

Frequently asked questions

Do new hires need to download anything?
No. They open the link in their email and sign in their phone's browser. They do not need an app or a SignAndGo account.
Can I send an offer letter and onboarding forms together?
Yes. Upload each document into the same envelope, place the fields, and send them to the new hire in one go. Everyone receives the completed set with its audit certificate.
Can staff acknowledge a new policy without signing it?
Yes. Send it as a view-and-acknowledge document. Each person confirms they have received and reviewed it, and the acknowledgement goes into the audit trail.
Can I send signing invitations by text message?
Not in Singapore yet. Invitations go out by email today. We will update this page on the day text messages switch on for Singapore workspaces.
