SignAndGo vs DocuSign in Singapore
Your documents are stored in Singapore.
DocuSign is the best-known e-signature product in the world, and many Singapore businesses already use it. SignAndGo is a smaller e-signature platform that stores Singapore customers' documents in Singapore. This page sets out where each one is the better fit, including where DocuSign is stronger. We make SignAndGo, so read it with that in mind and check DocuSign's own site for anything that matters to your decision.
The short version
- Choose DocuSign if you need Sign with Singpass, a large catalogue of integrations, a developer API on a mid-tier plan, or text-message delivery today.
- Choose SignAndGo if you want your documents stored in Singapore, one price per plan rather than per person, and signing order, approvers, witnesses, templates and a full audit trail in a simple product.

Where DocuSign is stronger
Sign with Singpass. DocuSign is one of the signing partners for Sign with Singpass, the Singapore Government service that lets a signer approve a signature in the Singpass app, tied to their Singpass digital identity. SignAndGo does not offer Singpass signing today. If your documents need it, DocuSign is the better choice.
Integrations and the API. DocuSign connects to a long list of business systems and includes its developer API on Business Pro and above. SignAndGo's developer API and its Xero and Procore integrations are not available for Singapore workspaces yet.
Text messages. DocuSign offers delivery by text message as a paid add-on. SignAndGo sends Singapore signing invitations by email only for now.
Scale and enterprise features. DocuSign serves very large organisations, with enhanced plans, advanced identity checks and administration built for that scale.
Where SignAndGo is the better fit
Your documents are stored in Singapore. Your documents, records and files are stored in Singapore. Some services run elsewhere: your account details are held in Sydney, Australia; your sign-in details (name, email address and sign-in method) are held by Google in the United States; and payments are handled by Stripe in the United States. Our privacy policy lists the rest.
A price that does not climb with your team. DocuSign's Standard and Business Pro plans are priced per user. SignAndGo plans are priced per plan, from S$29 a month, so adding a colleague, up to your plan's team limit, does not add a licence fee.
Envelope allowances. DocuSign's Standard and Business Pro annual plans include 100 envelopes per user per year, according to its Singapore pricing page. Check the SignAndGo pricing page for each plan's allowance.
Everything you need for everyday signing. Signing order or all at once, approvers before or after signing, witnesses, send-to-view acknowledgements, reminders, templates, web forms, contacts, team roles, your own branding and two-factor sign-in.
A verification page for every signed document. Anyone holding a copy can check it against our record.
Moving from DocuSign
There is nothing to migrate for documents already signed: keep your completed PDFs. To start sending from SignAndGo, create your workspace through myandgo.sg, upload the documents you send most often and save them as templates. Questions: sign@signandgo.com.au.
