E-signatures for tuition and enrichment centres
Your documents are stored in Singapore.
A tuition or enrichment centre collects a signature for almost everything: every new enrolment, every term, every excursion and every photo in a newsletter. Chasing paper forms at the front desk takes time from teaching. SignAndGo lets parents complete and sign forms from a link on their phone, and keeps every signed copy in one place.
Documents centres send through SignAndGo
- Enrolment forms with the student's and parents' details.
- Terms and conditions of enrolment, covering fees, make-up lessons, withdrawals and refunds.
- Parent consent forms for outings, competitions, holiday camps and off-site classes.
- Photo and video consent, for class photos, social media and marketing.
- Personal data consent, explaining how you use and keep a family's details.
- Medical and allergy declarations and emergency contact forms.
- Pick-up authorisation forms naming who may collect a child.
- Tutor and teacher agreements, including freelance tutor contracts and confidentiality agreements.
- Term notices and policy updates that parents need to acknowledge.
What your consent forms must say, and which documents can be signed electronically, are questions for your own adviser. SignAndGo does not give legal advice.
How it fits a centre
A web form parents fill in from one link. Publish your enrolment form as a web form and share the link on your website, in a message or at the front desk. Parents fill it in, sign it on their phone, and the completed document arrives in your workspace.
Both parents, if you need them. Add two signers and choose whether they sign in order or at the same time.
Acknowledge, not sign. Send a term notice or a revised policy to be viewed and acknowledged. You can see which families have acknowledged it and remind the rest.
Templates for every term. Save your excursion consent form as a template and send it again next term with the new date.
Reminders before the deadline. See which parents have not signed before an outing and send a reminder in one click.
Your centre's name, not ours. Add your centre's name and logo to your documents and emails.
Staff access with roles. Let your centre manager send forms and keep templates under the owner's control. Two-factor sign-in is available for every account.
A record you can find later. Every document has a full audit trail and an audit certificate on the signed PDF, so you can show when a parent gave consent.
Where your documents are stored
Your documents, records and files are stored in Singapore. Some services run elsewhere: your account details are held in Sydney, Australia; your sign-in details (name, email address and sign-in method) are held by Google in the United States; and payments are handled by Stripe in the United States. Our privacy policy lists the rest. See the data storage page.

Frequently asked questions
- Do parents need to create an account?
- No. Parents open the link and sign on their phone or computer. Only your staff need SignAndGo accounts.
- Can I put an enrolment form on our website?
- Yes. Publish it as a web form and link to it from your website. Each parent who fills it in creates their own signed copy in your workspace.
- Can both parents sign the same consent form?
- Yes. Add both as signers and choose whether they sign one after the other or at the same time.
- Can I see which parents have not signed yet?
- Yes. Your dashboard shows who has signed and who has not, and you can send a reminder to anyone still outstanding.
