E-signature software in Singapore: six options compared

Please read this first. This list is written by SignAndGo, and SignAndGo appears in it. We have tried to be fair, to say where other products are stronger, and to state only facts we could check on each provider's own site. We have not ranked or rated anyone. Prices and features change, so check each provider before you decide. Facts were checked on 13 October 2026.

How to choose

Three questions sort most Singapore businesses quickly.

  1. Do your documents need Sign with Singpass? Sign with Singpass is a Singapore Government service: the signer approves the signature in the Singpass app, and the signature is tied to their Singpass digital identity. Only some products offer it. If you need it, start with those.
  2. Where are your documents stored? Ask each provider where your documents will be kept, and what is held or done elsewhere.
  3. How does the price grow? Some products charge per user; others charge per plan. Work out the cost for your whole team, not one seat.

The options

SignAndGo

An e-signature platform for Singapore businesses, made by us (Fintech Development Pty Ltd, an Australian company) as part of MyAndGo.

  • Your documents are stored in Singapore. Account details are held in Sydney, Australia, sign-in details by Google in the United States, and payments by Stripe in the United States. Our data storage page lists the rest.
  • Upload PDF or Word, place fields, and send to several signers in order or at once, with approvers, witnesses, send-to-view acknowledgements, reminders, templates, web forms, contacts and team roles.
  • Full audit trail, an audit certificate on the signed PDF, and a public verification page per signed document.
  • Does not offer Sign with Singpass today. Text-message invitations, the developer API and the Xero and Procore integrations are not available in Singapore yet.
  • Price: from S$29 a month, in Singapore dollars.
  • Good fit for: small and mid-sized teams who want everyday signing with their documents stored in Singapore.

DocuSign eSignature

The best-known e-signature product worldwide.

  • A Sign with Singpass signing partner.
  • Large integration catalogue; developer API included on Business Pro and above.
  • Text-message delivery as a paid add-on.
  • Price on DocuSign's Singapore page: Personal S$13 a month; Standard S$35 and Business Pro S$55 per user a month, billed annually (read 13 October 2026).
  • Good fit for: teams that need Singpass signing, many integrations or very large scale.

Adobe Acrobat Sign

E-signatures as part of Adobe's Acrobat family.

  • Comes with full Acrobat PDF editing on many plans.
  • Integrations with Microsoft 365, Salesforce and other systems.
  • Adobe announced a Singapore data centre for Adobe Sign and support for Sign with Singpass in 2020. Ask Adobe how both are offered today.
  • Pricing is on Adobe's site.
  • Good fit for: teams that already work in Acrobat and edit PDFs as well as sign them.

Zoho Sign

E-signatures from Zoho, often used alongside other Zoho business apps.

  • Offers signing with Singpass; Zoho's help centre lists it as available on all paid plans.
  • Pricing page offers Singapore dollars among its currencies.
  • Fits well if you already use Zoho CRM, Zoho Books or Zoho's other apps.
  • Pricing is on Zoho's site.
  • Good fit for: businesses already on Zoho.

Dropbox Sign

E-signatures from Dropbox, formerly HelloSign.

  • Simple sending and signing, with templates and team plans.
  • Works closely with Dropbox storage.
  • Prices are published in US dollars on Dropbox's site.
  • We did not find Sign with Singpass listed for Dropbox Sign.
  • Good fit for: teams that keep their files in Dropbox.

Netrust nSignSG

A free web service from Netrust, a Singapore company, for signing a PDF with Sign with Singpass.

  • Sign a PDF with the Singpass app, with no registration.
  • Netrust says it is free for public use. Uploaded documents are purged regularly, and the signed file can be downloaded only within 10 minutes of signing.
  • Not built for sending documents to other people, signing order, templates or an ongoing record.
  • Good fit for: an individual who needs to put a Singpass signature on a single PDF.

Sign with Singpass, in one paragraph

Sign with Singpass is free for organisations and signers today, according to the Singpass developer documentation. You reach it through a product from one of its signing partners, such as DocuSign or Zoho Sign, or through a free tool such as nSignSG. SignAndGo does not offer it today. If your documents do not need a Singpass signature, any product on this list can send them for e-signature. Whether a particular document needs one is a question for your legal adviser.
