E-signature software for Singapore businesses
Your documents are stored in Singapore.
SignAndGo is an e-signature platform for Singapore businesses. Upload a PDF or Word document, place the fields each person needs to complete, and send it. Your signers open the document in their browser, sign on a phone or a computer, and everyone receives the completed copy with its audit certificate attached. Plans start from S$29 a month.
What you can do with SignAndGo in Singapore
Everything below works for Singapore workspaces today.
Prepare the document
- Upload a PDF or a Word document.
- Place signature, initials, date, name, text and checkbox fields where each person needs them.
- Save documents you send often as templates, so the fields are already in place next time.
- Publish a web form when you want people to fill in and sign a document from a link.
Choose who signs, and in what order
- Send to one person or to several.
- Have signers sign one after another, in the order you set, or all at once.
- Add an approver who must approve the document before it goes on, or after everyone has signed.
- Add a witness where your document needs one.
- Send a document only to be viewed and acknowledged, with no signature, and see when it has been opened.
Keep it moving
- Send reminders to people who have not signed yet.
- Keep a contact list of the people you send to.
- Add team members with roles, so the right people can send and manage documents.
- Add your company name and logo so your documents and emails look like yours.
Keep a record
- Every document has a full audit trail: when it was sent, opened and signed, and by whom.
- The signed PDF carries an audit certificate.
- Every signed document has its own public verification page, so anyone holding a copy can check it.
- Two-factor sign-in is available for your team's accounts.
Where your documents are stored
Your documents, records and files are stored in Singapore. Some services run elsewhere: your account details are held in Sydney, Australia; your sign-in details (name, email address and sign-in method) are held by Google in the United States; and payments are handled by Stripe in the United States. Our privacy policy lists the rest.
The full list of what is held or done outside Singapore is on our data storage page.

E-signatures and Sign with Singpass
People searching for a "digital signature" in Singapore often mean Sign with Singpass. It is worth being clear about the difference.
Sign with Singpass is a Singapore Government service. The signer approves the signature in the Singpass app, so the signature is tied to their Singpass digital identity. Organisations reach it through software from one of its listed signing partners, such as DocuSign or Zoho Sign.
SignAndGo does not offer Sign with Singpass signing today. A SignAndGo signer signs in the browser. We record who received the link, when they opened it and when they signed, and that record goes into the audit trail and the certificate on the signed PDF.
If your documents need a signature linked to the signer's Singpass identity, choose a product that offers Sign with Singpass. If they do not, SignAndGo gives you signing order, approvers, witnesses, templates and a full audit trail with your documents stored in Singapore.
Whether a particular document can be signed electronically, and in what form, is a question for your own legal adviser. We do not give legal advice.
How it works
- Create your workspace through myandgo.sg and tell us your business is in Singapore.
- Upload your document and add the people who need to sign, approve, witness or view it.
- Place the fields for each person, or start from one of your templates.
- Send. Each person receives an email with a link to their part of the document.
- Track progress on your dashboard and send reminders when needed.
- Receive the completed PDF with its audit certificate. Everyone involved gets a copy.
